Schools

Foothills Adventist Elementary School and Preschool has been providing early education for students from Kindergarten through Eighth grades since 1902.  In 2008 it added a preschool, expanding its motto of quiet excellence in the lives of our youth to encompass the very youngest learners.

PUC Preparatory School began when Pacific Union College was moved from Healdsburg in 1906 to the beautiful Angwin location.  Educating students from grades 9 through 12, this school boasts an excellent record of preparing youth for higher education academically, with added opportunity to participate in educational opportunities at PUC, exclusive to Prep students.

Discoveryland Preschool now has one location in Angwin. Serving community children with a loving staff of credentialed teachers and student workers, the preschool also is an easy location for the children of PUC's staff and students.

Pacific Union College, founded in 1882, has been ranked by U.S. News & World Report in the top tier of its category in the "Best Colleges" issue for 15 consecutive years.  Angwin is located on Howell Mountain, a thousand feet above Napa Valley's floor.

Little Backpacks Preschool is run by a Seventh-day Adventist team and is located in St. Helena.  While it is not financially supported by the church, it incorporates Christian themes into it's dynamic five year curriculum.
